The Heritage School is my school now. The first batch of Class X students are appearing for the Board Examination in February 2020. I wish them all the best succeed there. I am Joseph Mathew, an inhabitant of Kerala, presently the Director of Academics of the school. As the Founder Principal of Indus Valley World School in Kolkata, I started with 18 students in 2008 and after 12 years, when I retired there were 2500 students. This phenomenal growth is due to the discipline that existed in the school. Where there is discipline there will be a success.
Now one may wonder what made me come to this suburban area at the age of 62. Well, it has been my dream to be at the service of a school in a village area. My dream is to churn out good human beings from The Heritage School. I hope to contribute in whichever way I can together with the staff and students and of course with all the possible cooperation from the Parents/Guardians of the school. I find that students are talented but what they need is motivation, guidance and exposure to discover their potential and an ability to know themselves. I want my students to grow both academically and physically with moral values.

Recently our students were selected to take part in CBSE National Science Exhibition held at Gurugram (New Delhi). Our students are getting positions in different cultural competitions regularly. We are facilitating our teachers and students to get themselves trained in different subjects including Artificial intelligence in collaboration with different schools in India even outside our state.
In my endeavor to support the school system at The Heritage School, I solicit the support of students, teachers and above all the parents of our children. With this hope, I am prepared to give my very best to The Heritage School. May the Almighty bless our endeavors.

The Heritage School, is the reason, may be I am born for. Leaving my job at an MNC, I started to plan and Finally jumped into the "Dream of The Heritage School" in the 2006.
Under the guidance of my Father, Sri Dibyendu Chatterjee, Founder of this School, we established this School in 2008. Initially as "Founder Principal" who literally begged for students "Door to door", till today as "the person to blame for everything in The Heritage School" , my approach is very simple. It rotates around 3 D's, i.e. "Dedication-Devotion-Discipline".
I am sure, we all together will achieve greater success in Future. I am blessed as "Parents believe us" - "Students love us" - "Colleagues stand with us" always.

I still remember My First Step on this "Holy Land" of my life. It was on 13th July, 2014. Just after completing my Masters and B.Ed, I joined this School as a Teacher here. Thus "The Heritage School" has become my "Second Home". As my school is growing day to day, I too am learning everyday.
From PGT to Principal's Chair, I stepped one after another everyday with my hardwork and dedication. Love of my students and support of my colleagues are two boons that I got always. We have just started, I believe, We have "Miles to go..."
